IMPERIAL Logistics Transport and Warehousing (ILTW)
This Division delivers full-spectrum logistics and supply chain services throughout South Africa and in neighbouring countries. Services include line-haul, local distribution, consolidation, warehousing and logistics, 4PL solutions, cross-border transport, and end-to-end logistics and supply chain management solutions. These include road and rail and world-class multi-modal solutions.

IMPERIAL Logistics Consumer Products (ILCP)
Consumer Products provides an integrated supply chain solution to a wide range of FMCG and retail companies, as well as the agriculture and furniture markets in southern Africa. The Division distributes into top-end retail, mid-market trade and smaller retail environments, and offers express food distribution, selling and merchandising services.

IMPERIAL Logistics Specialised Freight (ILSF)
Boasting the largest and most modern tanker fleet in South Africa, the Division provides dedicated, specialised transport services to tanker industries throughout Africa. It is the brand leader in the petro-chemical industry, with unrivalled expertise in managing HSEQ requirements. Specialised Freight also provides transport solutions in the FMCG industry for the delivery of milk and other raw materials shipped in tankers.

Integration Services offers pragmatic consulting and advisory services across the entire supply chain. The division provides business process management services covering operations planning, inventory optimisation, procurement, traffic compliance, engineering logistics and asset maintenance services. These analyses, design, implementation and operations service offerings are enhanced with advanced information technology and tailored software solutions and infrastructure.

IMPERIAL Logistics Africa (ILA)
IMPERIAL Logistics Africa with a track record of more than 40 years of moving business and industry in Africa has extensive, established operations that span 14 countries, including Botswana, DRC, Namibia, Mozambique, Tanzania, Zambia and Zimbabwe. A leading logistics service provider across most industries in Africa, the division manages total cargo flow and end-to-end logistics using the appropriate mode of transport, whether air, sea, rail or road. Its integrated logistics services include transportation, warehousing and distribution, sub-routing, cross-docking, hinterland inter-modal services, infrastructure developments such as inland and dry ports, as well as rail logistics. The division’s expansion plans include establishment of operations in East and West Africa, as well as the Great Lake region.
