We are able to take your product and identify where it needs to go. We will manage stock levels, demand planning, payments, credit issues and risk – while you take care of your core business.

Our experience and expertise extends beyond formal markets to Africa’s increasingly significant “other economy” – the informal market sector, with its unique demands and challenges. The key to success here is a holistic approach – as offered by Imperial Logistics - that encompasses both “push” and “pull” activities. Merchandising is undertaken by our full-time complement of knowledgeable sales staff. Our key account managers ensure that product displays are consistently highly rated.

Other value adds in our outsourced specialist sales service offering are our debtors’ administration, staffing and security solutions. Reverse logistics is also managed.
