History of Business
IMPERIAL Cargo is an amalgamation of five companies that took place in 1997, namely Heavy Transport, Long Distance, Normans, ITS and Highway Carriers. IMPERIAL Cargo Namibia was formed in 2005 to accommodate IMPERIAL Cargo’s customers in the Namibian market. IMPERIAL Cargo Group is comprised of IMPERIAL Cargo, IMPERIAL Cargo Namibia, Atlantis, Dekson Transport and National Transport Services.
Core Business
IMPERIAL Cargo provides line haul and local transportation and warehousing solutions across South Africa and Namibia, including cross border transportation to Lesotho, Swaziland and Botswana. The company also handles containers in Cape Town and Port Elizabeth.
